All confirmed participants must collect their T-Shirt, & Refreshment Coupon from Ghatshila Forest Range Office from 21-22 February 2025 from 10:00 am. To 05:30 pm. Rest and Outstation participants can collect their on 23 February 2025 from 05.00 am. To 06.00 am .

Refreshment to be collected after race from HCL Football Ground, Moubhandar,Ghatsila

All finishers of 10 Km Run will be awarded with Recognized certificate.
